• University Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in tea industry
• Minimum 4 years experience in total
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Preferably has background in Food Safety and Processing

İŞ TANIMI

• His/her main responsibility area is sourcing tea and improving tea supply base  for Turkey
• Develop supplier base (Quality, Capacity, Capability)
• Assist implementation/development of global projects
• Lead supplier relationship management
• Discover local opportunities to create value for the business
• Converting business targets into local action plans
• Bond with farmers to improve farming practices
• Responsible for negotiation and supplier relationship management and doing competitor analysis for his/her responsibility area
• Implement GMP approach on supplier sites
• Take part in the innovation process and provide price and sample for new projects
• Contribute to building cost models and ensures to have cost break down of converters and understands fully the main cost drivers and supply capabilities
• Contribute to the completion of Annual Plan and other budget planning reports
• Follows closely the actual and forecasted feedstock movements from various sources and publishes the relevant reports to the business for his/her responsibility area
• Deliver core KPIs of procurement (savings, inventory, competitiveness, sustainability)
• Responsible for preparing contingency plans and contributes to securing supply continuously
• Manage and secure contracts at agreed terms
• Coordinating several projects at the same time
• Building and managing relationships with suppliers & internal customers/stakeholders
• Measuring and managing overall performance of suppliers
• Implement & track Responsible Sourcing Policy
• While completing the above tasks; is responsible to obey the rules for quality, environment, safety and health codes that the company follows
• Support, track and report sustainability KPIs
