Production Leader Agro-Chemistry

 

Food Engineer / Chemistry Engineer, you are a sport passionate (practice frequently compulsory).

- You have an experience between 1 to 2 years in Agrochemistry industry.

- You like products and the technicity.

- You have a strong sens of analyze, good observation, curious, and push solutions
- You are concrete and organized
- You are very attached to respectt of food quality and regulation

- You are able to challenge a supplier (negotiation, ability to obtain)

- You have easyness in communication and relation that allow you to work in project mode (listening, convictions, enthusiasm, sharing, but demanding)

- Natural charisma and leadership

- You speak English

İŞ TANIMI

Responsible to develop & duplicate several food products (water, cereal bars, proteins) for Turkish Market.

- Source and find the suitable suppliers in Turkey for this range of product.

- Ensure the duplication or development, the industrialization, the production and the quality of these products.

- Validate and animate the suppliers in order to guarantee costs/quality/lead-time

- Follow up the industrialization of the products in our future suppliers and components

- Ensure the quality (food safety) and social level of the suppliers.

- Ensure the service of suppliers (delivery on time, short delivery, flexibility, production capacity & stock).
