Corporate Communications Specialist

• A minimum of 3 years related work experience in marketing communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or other relevant discipline from a reputable university
• Solid knowledge of the corporate marketing disciplines & ethics.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams
• Experience in working with all levels of employees, including executive committee members, first-line managers and production employees
• Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing & motivating agencies for marketing and branding activities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with some event & PR agency management align with marketing strategy
• High level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate, and highly-detail oriented.
• Works well independently and in team settings with a positive attitude.
• Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Strong creative writing and editing skills and superior proof reading ability.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in Turkish.

İŞ TANIMI

• Support in all internal and external activities of Communications Department.
• Discover, write, edit, and update content on Şölen digital channels such as the corporate website and social media sites. Manage digital agencies.
• Manage consumer service, coordinate the operational work on this process
• Coordinating and management of collateral development, visual graphic presentation, video projects, advertisement and public relations, company or product fact sheets, press kits, catalogues, media monitoring, social media opportunities, event marketing and other promotional activities.
• Build a plan for social media and internal communication strategy of all brands and assist in execution of PR initiatives;
• Work collaboratively with related departments to support implementation of marketing and public relations plans to ensure maximum brand exposure and market penetration for Şölen brands and its products.
• Provide administrative support, PR meeting coordination and calendar maintenance, meeting reports, etc.
• Support to understanding brand priorities and guide & lead  agencies to develop & execute effective brand PR activities/platforms in line with company strategic marketing agenda
• Contribute and coordinate the development of internal and external communication and public relations materials, including internal communication newsletter.
• Facilitate corporate internal communication projects and manage delivery schedules
• Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
• Analyze and control the Communications Department budget
