We are looking for a "SAP Delivery Manager" in YILTEK, based in Maslak, to lead delivery projects globally based on SAP S4/ HANA.

·         Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and/or equivalent department is desired,
·         Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience with such delivery projects in multi-national environment preferably in SAP Financials is required,
·         Expertise in FI-CO modules is a must,
·         Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish is a plus),
·         PMP and SAP certifications are plus,
·         Experience of key integration points between SAP modules is highly preferable,
·         Very strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships, ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations and strong analytical and creative thinking skills for effective decision making,  
·         No military service obligation (for male candidates only),
·         Should have no problems travelling abroad when required,
·         Reside in European side of Istanbul is preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

SAP Delivery Manager will report to Business Transformation Manager of YILTEK and will be responsible for delivering business projects that mostly involving digital transformation using SAP software.
This job involves;
·         High level analysis of the business and functional requirements and scenarios,
·         Development of roadmaps about the necessary actions and projects,
·         Management of stakeholders and servicing parties to successfully delivering the expected outputs,
·         Strategical coordination of all involving parties and leadership of the project towards the required output,
·         Management and mitigation of the risk properly wherever required via proper communication methods,
·         Management of third parties that are contributing to project delivery,
·         Connection with the business unit for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve any problems and map out business requirements, processes and objectives.
