Accounting Manager

·         The ideal candidate should have a University degree from related departments and minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting positions.
·         SMMM qualification is a plus
·         Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP, USGAAP, IFRS.
·         Experience in manufacturing & production facilities and cost accounting
·         Awareness in Internal Control Processes
·         Excellent command of English both written and spoken
·         Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications
·         Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
·         Precise and accurate personality with high detail orientation
·         Experience of managing a team
·         Teamplayer with strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         High work ethic with reliable and transparent personality
·         Have no travel restrictions and willingness to travel if needed
·         SAP knowledge will be an asset

İŞ TANIMI

·         Position will be responsible for the execution and coordination of all accounting & Tax activities of the company and to ensure that processes are realized in accordance both with local and US GAAP accounting procedures and principles and in accordance with the legislation.   
·         Accounting activities will mean all General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, local Tax activities and also USGAAP tax requirements including deferred tax.          
·         Be responsible for the coordination of the audit processes with the Audit Firms         
·         Will be following and implementing both local and US GAAP related rules and regulations.   
·         Coordinating financial month end closings in contact with the operational processes.  
·         Able to manage the team in line with the company values.  
·         Willing to be part of the operational team as a support to Financial Controlling with the strong attitude to follow and emphasize the legal, USGAAP and Internal Control Rules.
