• Bachelor’s degree in communications,marketing or business related field
• 10 years of experience in marketing communications in retail and/or  service industry
• 5 years of experience managing a marketing communications team

• Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills
• Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
• Professional and positive approach, self motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues in Turkish and English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Reporting to Group CEO, serving as a member of the senior management team ,actively lead, build and manage the Corporate Communications team including unit marketing managers, graphics designers, corporate communications specialists, digital media and CRM specialists to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget
• Establish, own and drive a strategic internal and external communications strategy that positively affects employees’ and customers’ understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to the company and leads to a return on investment.
• Implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications and PR  activities for 3 main industries; hospitality, F&B and Patisserie ( Retail and Production) including  22 sub-brands and 120 units within Divan Group, in Turkey and abroad.
• Management of annual marketing budget for the group and main bussiness lines; hotels, restaurants and patisseries
• Managing 3rd party relations ; creative, PR, digital, media buying and planing agencies and business partners.

• Developing media strategy for the brand ,building long term communication and crisis management strategies
• Developing product positioning , packaging and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long term market share for retail.
• Developing new concepts according to market needs and dynamics.
• Managing the brand communication via online offline all media channels, maintain and improve brand reputation.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all business  lines, promotional materials,collaterals and events. Ensure that all units work with corporate brand standards and make necessary improvements on the standards.
• Manage press meetings, launch campaigns, openning events, sponsorship projects and events.
• Work closely with sales, revenue and e-commerce teams , create promotional and competetive sales campaigns and programs aimed at reaching sales targets.
• Create projects and communication channels in order to increase employee engagement and flawless internal communication, support HR communication strategy.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key contacts; sector representatives, holding partners, brand advocates and  media.
