QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Regional Export Manager to join our International Business Unit located at Silivri responsible from international markets of Şölen Çikolata Gıda San ve Tic AS.
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of significant experience in the FMCG industry, especially Export department,
University graduate from one of the top universities, MBA will be an asset,
Having strong and authentic business sense with ethical principles,
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams,
Result oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility,
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills,
Self-initiative and Passionate,
Customer oriented,
Strong analytical skills,
No obligation of travelling,
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Second language would be an asset.
Realising the export targets in his/her defined countries,
Prepare short term and long term plans and strategies according to marketing & sales targets to meet customer requirements,
Working closely with Country Managers and relevant dealers,
Managing Key Accounts and Private Labels,
Managing the export business to The Balkans and Middle East,
Identifying new opportunities to develop the business in the target markets to increase market share.
