What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
* Very good command of English both written and spoken
* Expert knowledge of solution know-how for the TIP core portfolio ((Medium-voltage switchgear and associated protection relays, Low-voltage main and sub-distribution boards and their protective/switching devices, Transformers, Low-voltage busbar systems, Electrical measurement systems.)
* Experience in the planning / implementation of power distribution projects (Concept finding, planning and dimensioning of medium-voltage and low voltage networks, typical electrical planner tasks, selectivity analyses at the medium- and low-voltage level etc.)
* Several years of sales experience (Preferably in the systems / solutions business for power distribution) is a plus

* Military service should be completed for male candidates

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Energy Management Division, we are looking for a TIP (Totally Integrated Power) Consultant Support Expert for Medium Voltage & Systems Business Unit in Kartal. This role will be working internally with Sales, Offer, Engineering Groups and externally with Engineering / Consultant / Planner Companies, Technical Departments in industrial plants, Contractors etc.

What are my responsibilities?
* Main customers for Consultant Support Expert role are technical people and electrical designers working at:
          + Engineering / consultant / planner companies
          + Planning departments of industrial customers, builders/developers and the contractor for technical building installations
          + Departments for electrical installations at the building designer’s / architect’s firm
          + Planning departments of building and real estate management firms (building authorities)

* Being a competent point of contact for the above mentioned target customers, during the early phases of the new projects. This task includes providing technical support to the electrical designers in their following works:
          + Discussions & decision making about power supply concept, conceptual drawings, single line diagrams for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage
          + Basic network calculations and dimensioning of plant components & equipment (i.e. MV & LV switchgear, transformers, switching & protection devices)

* Customer support in terms of concept and solution finding, integrating regional and headquarter resources
* Identifying new infrastructure and industry sector projects in the market and obtaining information about projects at an early stage
* Building up and maintaining contacts with decision makers and technical people
* Passing information about the status and progress of the projects to all relevant internal partners
* Marketing of and first-level support for the SIMARIS software tools for all relevant users in the country. This task includes giving trainings and making presentations / demonstrations to potential software users
* Fast and flexible response to target customers regarding questions around the TIP core portfolio (Medium-voltage switchgear and associated protection relays, Distribution transformers, Low-voltage main and sub-distribution boards and their protective/switching devices, Low-voltage busbar systems, Electrical measurement systems)
* Giving external trainings and making presentations about TIP products, solutions, SIMARIS software etc.
* Preparing technical papers to be issued in technical magazines
* Identifying market trends & requirements and communication with the responsible people.
