INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE

We're looking for an ''Internal Audit Executive'' to contribute to our success story in retail sector.

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Mathematics
• Fluency in English
• Ability to handle multiple audit projects simultaneously (financial audit, on site investigation, process audit,...)
• SMMM, CPA or CIA
• Preferably have experienced in one of the Big4 Audit companies
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management (preferably experienced in retail sector - textile retail is highly preferred)
• Broad knowledge of internal control environment and internal audit operations
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point)
• Analytical mind with high dedication to details 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as a part of a team 
• No obstacle to travel
• Advanced problem solving skills with a humansitic approach

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing and conducting internal audits and assignments in accordance with the audit schedule
• Presenting results in well organized report format and at the mean time have contact with directors and/or managers to discuss about the possible solutions when necessary
• Gathering / analyzing and evaluating facts and preparing presentations to Audit Commitee / Board of directors at scheduled time periods
• Managing and coaching internal auditors
• Identifying risky areas where fraud / abuse may occur, and taking necessary actions to prevent any losses
• Reviewing the processes continiously to ensure adherence with legal and regulatory standarts
