8+ years of mobile technology experience
Experienced in developing Radio planning solutions
Wide Telecommunications Knowledge
Advance Knowledge about Radio Planning & Optimization Tools
Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS technology and awareness of LTE developments

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a RAN Planning Management Senior Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to RAN Planning Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Planning the RAN Investment Budget required to improve the coverage and the capacity of the network, through analysis of the network performance, forecasts, trends, field results, NPS, customer complaints.
Analysing marketing forecast data, calculate required capacity to improve customer experience and handle the traffic that is forecasted.
Analyse the impact of the marketing campaigns on the network, recommend changes, plan necessary investments in beforehand.
Consult regional planning teams by micro planning activities, guide that the right solutions is used at the right place.
Support Radio related regulatory aspects(fulfilment of licence conditions, spectrum requirements, etc.), advising on the appropriate GSM, UMTS & LTE spectrum to target and to further support the spectrum procurement process
Follow different vendor products, follow and manage the trials activities, select and deploy the right product solutions to the network, define guidelines, follow End of Support and End of Life.
Calculate coverage levels for different customer experience targets for indoor and outdoor. Expert knowledge and technical experience to define coverage, expansion objectives and make strategic RAN recommendations
Ensure unwanted and unneccesarry investments are identified at the nominal plan stage and rollout is planned accordingly.
Plan, manage and acquire planning tools, licences, define the needs for new technologies. Adapt the new tool and techniques, create standards for use within Vodafone Turkey.
Ensure the InBuilding sites are planned according to the business and company strategy, coordinated between regional teams and other operators using network sharing rules, define standards and guidelines.
Create reports to inform upper management about different analysis like coverage, utilizations, budget actions, investment updates. Create also reports for the government authorities on time and verified.
Ensure that the rollout continues according to the planned budget and materials are ordered in time.
Define and follow RAN Investment Budget that is required to ensure that there is a positive impact on the subscriber's experience in terms of Coverage and Capacity and services in line with company strategy.
Define Health and Safety standards, to work in compliance with health & safety rules and policies, identify the risks.
Involve in the initiatives that are launched by the VF-Global, build knowledge and expand it within the network teams, prepare and give local trainings.
Analyse and geolocate outputs of the network like customer complaints, NPS, terminal, usage etc. using GIS platforms. Ensure the geographic data is up to date for planning activities.
