İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a HR Services Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting HR Services Manager  Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Actively seeks and delivers continuous improvement through process and system efficiency
  • Ensures all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits, continuously improves data integrity, ensuring that the information held in our HR systems is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintains and supports delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types
  • Reviews processes regularly to ensure compliance and to evaluate effectiveness of the processes. Identifies processes that need re-engineering and take appropriate action
  • Acts as the global HR systems super user and play a key role in the implementation of new tools and releases. Owns testing of new HR tools, new releases and change requests to HR systems. Provides advice to system users and support Vodafone Shared Services users to resolve queries.
  • Reviews local tools and  processes regularly and identifies opportunities to improve processes through digitalizing and simplifying, liaises with the key stakeholders to identify new requirements and amendments to existing functionality and co-ordinate the change control process

Preferred Candidate

4 - 6 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
