Business Analyst (Data Order Analysis)

• Engineering degree from a reputable university (preferably in Computer, Industrial or Electronics Engineering), 
• Experience in related area of expertise in Information and Communication Technology companies,
• Min 3 years of work experience,
• 1-2 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Commensturate with a team-working environment,
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams,
• BABOK and PMBOK knowledge and experience is a plus,
• Ability to work under stress,
• Knowledge about Telco business processes (preferably CRM, Sales and Order Management),
• Experience in business requirements gathering & analysis,
• Experience in Project and/or Demand Management,
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

İŞ TANIMI

• Determine and document business process flows and functional requirements,
• Produce functional requirements specifications including acceptance criteria,
• Manage communications with business units for requirements gathering, approval & acceptance processes,
• Conduct meetings and work with other solution teams to clarify technical solutions to meet the requirements,
• Perform Project/Demand Management and business analysis functions in accordance with the Project Management methodology,
• To prepare the necessary documentation, get the approval of the prepared document and conduct change management process.
