QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'MARKET SEGMENT DEVELOPMENT LEAD' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Low Voltage Products Division, Low Voltage Systems in Tuzla location, Istanbul with below qualifications;
- University degree or equivalent (Electrical Engineering is preferably),
- Minumum 5 years industry experience with solid understanding of electrical power & distribution applications,
- Experience & understanding low voltage systems applications,
- Extensive experience in Marketing & Sales,
- Very good command of written and spoken English (Russian is a plus),
- Very good command of MS Office Applications,
- Experience in negotiating contracts,
- Must be technically capable of interacting with customers in discussion around potential engineered solutions,
- Strategic Mindset: Seek and identify industrial trends from Micro and Macro perspective,
- Work with cross functional groups (internally & externally) and understand driving forces behind each level,
- High level of analytical, persuasion, negotiation, communication and leadership skills,
- Self-motivated and driven to grow the business in the assigned territory,
- Skill full in performing technical and commercial product presentations to various customer organizational levels.
İŞ TANIMI
• Direct report to LBU Manager.
• Execute marketing and sales initiatives in a customer organization as well as internally within ABB.
• Undertake technical and commercial presentations for customers and industry events.
• Develop business opportunities through customer relationship and internal networking within other ABB Business Unit’s & ABB’s customer account management program.
• Develop and maintain project pursuit pipelines for quarterly review with GPMM. Pipelines to clearly identify; project, customer, end user, scope, timing, prospect/working/buying status.
• In conjunction with sales, establish & maintain key customer list.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Support sales with target project technical clarifications and commercial negotiations.
• Through early engagement on project opportunities, influence clients technical specification and buying strategy in order to maximise chances of success for ABB.
• Strong project pursuit leadership on target opportunities, directing and supporting local /LBU sales organization & internal/external stakeholders in order to maintain agreed sales strategy.
