QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other quantitative fields,
  • 1-3 years of experience working with online and mobile technologies,
  • 1-3 years experience with SAS/Greenplum, Web Analytics and/or other data mining tools,
  • 1-3 years experience in transforming qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations and KPIs,
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics 360 preferred,
  • Any Tag Management tool experience is a plus (Google Tag Manager or similar tools),
  • An understanding of social media trends and changes in the digital products/services space,
  • Solid understading of the digital customer experience domain and related fields like conversion optimization, content, UX etc,
  • Proven critical thinker - Ability to understand all available information, synthesize, and communicate a proposed solution clearly and concisely,
  • Strong understanding and interest in the data lifecycle from collection to consumptions to action,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Group is looking for an Associate - Digital Data Analyst who will work for Brand and Consumer Insıghts Directorate.
  • Effectively develop custom dataset configurations, metrics and dimensions to address analysis questions within Google Analytics 360 and other related analytic tools to meet business objectives.
  • Partner closely with teams such as brand, consumer insights, marketing, executives and support/address their analytical needs.
  • Support reporting and dash-boarding efforts that measure established KPIs pre and post digital enhancements.
  • Drive the analytics data collection and measurement efforts by translating the lines-of-business requirements into reports and dashboards.
  • Synthesize data into actionable recommendations and Communicate data findings through engaging stories that are easy to understand across digital functions
  • Develop and document data collection, implementation & reporting standards for any new development efforts/site functions.
