QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our fast growing HR team we seek out
"HR BUSINESS PARTNER" who will be routine HR issues (recruitment, training, development). Reports for the HR Manager. Dotted line OD & HR Projects SS.
- Bachelor's degree preferably from social sciences, business administration, industrial or management engineering and other related departments of universities,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, especially in organizational development; designing, creating and improving organizational processes and preferably in multinational companies,
- Proven project management and change management ability,
- Passion for learning and for developing people,
- Excellent presentation, writing and interpersonel skills,
- Attention to details, result-oriented, strong analyctical, planning and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills,
- Good level of Ms Office applications, especially Ms Power Point, Excel,
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Very good level of spoken and written English,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Resident in Asian side of Istanbul,
İŞ TANIMI
- Support the operations of the competency-based Strategic HR Projects including organizational development needs in allignment with business strategy in a fast growing organization,
- Support organizational change by developing new learning initiatives arising from changes in the business environment,
- Creating and updating comprehensive HR policies and procedures,
- Designing and developing HR systems & procedures.
- Developing new concepts by conducting market research and implementing new HR trends in training and development area,
- Designing, developing and implementing programs to continuously engage and motivative employees to achieve superior results,
- Assisting Line Managers to implement the talent development initiatives and in providing constructive employee feedbacak,
- Work closely with business units to analyze training & development needs,
- Taking active role in the social activities and employee engagement activities,
- Provide and prepare administrative support in the preparation of monthly/quartely HR related reports and presentations,
- Support employee branding and social media activities, internal communication process,
