Strategy and Business Development Manager

• Graduate of a reputable engineering (preferrable industrial, computer or mechanical) or a business school 
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, of which, minimum 5 years at a strategy consulting, investment banking or a corporate finance firm 
• Durable goods, energy, real estate or mining industry know-how is a plus
• Extensive experience in project team management
• Experience in top management presentations
• Self motivated and ability to lead projects with minimal feedback
• Ability to work result orianted in a dynamic business environment
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, extensive experience in financial modelling
• Advanced language skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Leads strategy and business development projects with full ownership
• Leads M&A activities of the group companies
• Coordinates feasibility studies to assess the investment opportunities
• Leads market, competition and industry analysis to screen new business opportunities
• Manages the strategic planning processes of the group companies and conducts required industry and competition analysis
• Prepares management presentations with the assigned analyst team; makes presentations to the top management
