QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 
  • 4 years' university degree preferably in business administration, statistics or mathematics
  • Min 3-4 years Account Management / Revenue Management / Category Management experience 
  • Good financial knowledge & commercial understanding
  • Strong project management skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative


İŞ TANIMI


DIRECT CHANNELS TRADE SPEND MANAGEMENT:
 Promotion Analysis: Analyze promotions based on sell out for key direct customers
  1. Prepare and lead promo optimization tool and make the necessary updates on the tool and has the full maintenance responsibility
  2. Analyze past promotions and calculate volume uplifts and ROIs for each promotion
  3. Track market activities by channel/account in terms of discount levels, average prices, duration and promo type and integrate findings to L’Oreal promo analysis
Promotion Strategy: Identify the optimal level of offer/discount required & mechanics to achieve the promotion objective (Penetration/ Frequency/ Amount) & optimal profitability level
  1. Define and regularly update promo roles based on learnings from past promotions, and communicate promo guideline
  2. Set promotion strategy by account/category based on account strategy and promo roles and ensure the promotions are planned according to the strategy
  3. Define promo per unit and on-invoice promo % limits to manage trade margins and collaborate with Indirect Channel Trade Spend executive on execution
  4. Align with sales, controlling, business planning teams on promo strategies
  5. Incorporate channel based learnings into nationwide activities and lead PPP promo planning process.
  6. Work with Indirect Channel Trade Spend Executive for an aligned promo strategy between channels and to exchange learnings
Promotion Governance: Lead account based promo planning process via related governance mechanisms
  1. Define the necessary tools for development & management of promotional planning and evaluation system
  2. Organize and lead monthly promotion planning meeting with key accounts
  3. Prepare the promotion plans with KAM’s for the following 3 months
  4. Compare pre&post analysis; measure and report compliance and progress
  5. Support building expertise on effectiveness and profitability of promotions, both for L’Oreal & Customer
Channel / Customer P&L ManagementCreate efficiencies in total Gross-to-Net via structural conditions
  1. Set account based P&L targets with KAMs and Channel Managers
  2. Track P&L realizations every month with Controlling and Sales and identify deviations from the target
  3. Organize monthly P&L review meetings with KAMs and make brand based action plan for target realization
 
Channel / Customer Trade Terms ArchitectureImprove structural customer allowances productivity by working towards pay for performance
  1. Set total and channel based L’Oreal Trade Investment guideline and ensure communication and alignment of sales teams
  2. Define non-working and unconditional trade terms and work with account managers to transform these terms into conditional and working terms
  3. Set ideal Trade Terms Structures for Regional Key Accounts and test pay-for-performance contract architecture in selected RKAs
