What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related area
     * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial and Biomedical are plus
     * Very good command of English
     * Knowledge of EFQM, ISO 9001,14001,OHSAS 18001,MS Office Applications, QDMS etc.
     * Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies

What else do I need to know?
     * Military service should be completed for male candidates
     * No restriction for travelling

For our Siemens Healthineers in Kartal we are looking for a Qulity and Excellence Specialist. This role will be responsible of supporting all quality functions.

What are my responsibilities?
* Supporing continuous improvement for all organization
* Supporting effective and efficient implementation of the organization's Quality and EHS Management System through documented Manuals,Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions on a basis of  ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001
* Understanding and meeting the requirements of Healthineers specific Quality  and EHS requirements
* Coordinating and Conducting trainings for Quality,EHS and Excellence to promote consciousness throughout Siemens Healthineers Turkey
* Implements systems effectively for H QT, Local Notified Body, Ministry of Health, Internal  Audits
* Supporting control and report fulfilment of Quality, EHS and Excellence to Management
