QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields,
Min. 2-3 years of professional internal or external audit experience,
Fluency in English,
Certification in related domain (e.g. CIA, SMMM ) is a plus,
Good command of MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is a plus),
Ability to focus on detailed tasks to achieve specified outcomes,
Excellent analytical skills and multi-task orientation / strong reporing skills,
No travel restriction (Turkey&Abroad),
Military service must be completed for male candidates.

The candidate will assist the Internal Audit Manager and the Audit Team. Main responsilities are:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes of the Group Companies.
Perform operational/risk process audits in HQ, identify and report on all significant business related control weaknesses.
Assist external auditors, communicate with the Regional/Group auditors.
Support on-site project audits (periodically).
Perform investigations on fraudalent activities and/or risky areas.
Provide periodic updates on the status of outstanding audit issues.
Perform special business related projects, ad-hoc audits/project reviews or similar on top management requests.
