Agile Product Owner

• University degree in Computer Science, MIS or related fields,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Excellent communication skills with international business departments in order to give support and guidance,
• Strong investigative skills in complex software infrastructure,
• At least 3 years experience in a product owner role within an agile environment or similar position (product / customer support),
• Good understanding of CMS, e-commerce, Social Media technologies,
• Good understanding of Microsoft and Java client / server technologies: IIS, Tomcat, Apache servers,
• Familiarity with following technologies will be an asset: Restful web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, XML, SOAP, SQL, Mobile Technology platform and frameworks,
• Ideally knowledge of support software – such as Jira
• Experience in international positions will be an asset,
• Team player, self-managed, assertive, able to work under pressure,
• Skilled in organizing and managing complexity,
• No restriction to travel abroad,
• Completed / exempted military service

İŞ TANIMI

• Work closely with international business departments to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues,
• Provide detailed support for the relevant web based applications,
• Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs, manage all stakeholder input, and use this knowledge to guide product decisions
• Quickly become the team’s technical subject matter expert to act as the funnel for all innovation inquiries in region
• Create and maintain features and user stories in the team and sprint backlogs so that the product effectively addresses user needs while maintaining robustness, redundancy, and scalability
• Work with the Scrum Master to lead daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and retrospectives
• Assess, troubleshoot, and report back on customer issues, as well as documenting ongoing challenges for further analysis,
• Interact with Product management, Engineering and Operations for both problem escalation and to keep up to date on new features,
• Understand and coordinate development of business requirements with internal and / or external partners for Change Requests from business departments and for eliminating bugs / problems (as Change Coordinator & Problem Manager),
• Provide daily application support and consultancy directly to business departments.
