• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. is looking for an Engineer - System Development who will work for Customer Care Directorate.

• Designing the processes in her/his area in line with strategies of the company,
• Providing the requests with holistic assessment and generalization with regard to all related businesses,
• Detecting basic problems in the processes takes action for the solution,
• Functioning as a bridge between the business and IT for correct identification by prioritizing the needs and develop cooperation,
• Carrying out activities for process design, improvement, and monitoring,
• Cooperating with the key users in locations on effective usage and globalization of determined processes,
• Conducting test studies, approving the functional design prepared by IT and on behalf of the business for live usage after the tests and makes suggestions to extend solutions,
• Auditing and analyzing the main Customer Service activities,
• Managing Customer Care Directorate procedures and directions
