İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Talent Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Talent Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
The role holder is mainly responsible of managing key Talent Processes such as career management, development centers and people survey.
- Act as a SPOC for Company Career Paths for deployment and governance and maintain awareness within the organization with regular events
- Counsel the organization and especially junior talent on their short, mid, long term career planning through career paths, process
- Focuses on the generic career planning guidelines on the actions the employee can take to build career steps with the guidance of related HR Business Partner.
- Managing governance and deployment of Development centers
- Working closely with HR Business Partner and Resourcing teams to govern the process
- Support Talent Manager on Discover and Columbus Assessment center process.
- Managing Employee Satisfaction Survey “People Survey” within the company
- Communicate People Survey to the company by working with internal communication
- Provide technical support to employees regarding to People Survey inquiries
- Prepare reports of People Survey results at all levels and share with related parties
- Support HR Business Partners in determination of action plans
- Managing Talent Profiles
- Have an admin role for tool management on SAP System
- Support line managers and HR Business Partner’s in using the tool and ensure that talent profiles are updated by relevant employees and line managers
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to clearly observe and understand needs and expectations of all respective business units
- Develop strong cooperation; ensure healthy stakeholder management with relevant functions and other HR Centre of Expertise
- Take part in HR projects /activities targeting to improve cross functional collaboration
- Work in collaboration with VF Group regarding benchmarking studies
