Legal Counsel

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law
• 7-8 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Lawyer
• Advanced knowledge of Corporate Law & Project Finance
• Experience in international consultancy companies is a plus
• Experience in hospital management, construction, EPC, etc. are highly desirable
• As a good planner with exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, have ability to present ideas and negotiate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
• Excellent command of business/legal English, both written and spoken
• Multi-national/multi-cultural experience is a plus
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage the contractual issues and report to CEO
• Monitor obligations and liabilities from Project Agreements & Schedules and ensure that SPVs deliver their obligations
• Provide reports on a monthly basis to keep the Board Members and Management informed of the progress and status of the Project Agreement in terms of legal compliance
• Provide expert and strategic advice on commercial law, employment law, public procurement law and banking and finance law with a high degree of independence
• Draft and review the agreements to minimize risks and maximize legal rights of the company
• Manage and process any amendments to the agreements
• Archive all agreements of MR and SPVs
• Draft the corporate legal documents (General Assembly, Board Resolutions and Minutes of Meeting)
• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to MR and/or SPV
• Manage claims and dispute resolutions, litigations and represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
• Identify legal compliance risks and propose corrective legal action plan
