QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Sciences or Mechatronics
Experience with inspection of steel components/materials is an asset
If possible experience in Automotive Engineering and Fuel Injection Sytems
Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Methodical and structured work habit

Job description:

Inspection and analysis of Gasoline High Pressure Injection components, e.g. high pressure pumps
Root-cause analysis of failures, e.g. wear, cracks, deposits
Analysis of data from measurements of hydraulic performance, surface profiles, EDX-spectroscopy, SEM, etc.
Interpretation and evaluation of testing data, summarizing the results into an investigation report
