• Bachelor's degree in related engineering,
• Minimum 8 years experience of Process Development and Management career and 5 years of this experience to be in a managerial role,
• Automotive or supplier sector experience is an asset,
• Analytical thinking, leadership skills, result oriented,  self motivated and innovative.
• Ability to identify, develop and deliver project solutions and recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and direct manner, able to influence across all levels of employees.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

• Analyzing, managing and developing all production processes,
• Define the processes for all operational activities,
• Scope, plan and implement optimization projects to improve productivity,
• Research and development studies on new issues and technology based improvements,
• Using and lean all methodologies to optimize processes to increase capacity and improve productivity whilst ensuring defects are eliminated.
