QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
- Having Occupational Health Safety (ISG) Certificate is preferable,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. is looking for a Specialist – Technical Training who will work for Customer Care Directorate.

- Providing training to customer consultants working in authorized services about general malfunction and new product information,
- Assisting and providing consultancy in the selection process of technicians for the authorized services within the region,
- Planning training needs of authorized services and submit them to the Regional Manager for approval,
- Training service technicians and regional staff about new products,
- Uploading Authorized Services staff’s personal information to Tedisoft program and keep it updated,
- Making the preliminary selection of candidates who will receive basic training from authorized service technicians and report to the Regional Manager who will be trained,
- Organizing accommodation, transportation and catering organizations of all the training to be made in the region.
