We seek for ambitious "Service Sales Engineer"who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Substation Services in Kartal location in Istanbul with below qualifications;

• University degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably in Power Systems
• Customer oriented ,good communication skills,
• Proactive, aggressive and initiative,
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish&English,
• No obstacle for traveling and have valid driving license,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Regular customer visits, identify their needs and prepare proposals&follow up,
• Propose techno-commercial solutions meeting customer requirement,
• Proactively seeking out new sales opportunities by developing new and existing relations within accounts and prospects,
• Establishing effective business relations with Sales executives, management and technical team members,
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and market plans, monitor and evaluate on market activities and trends,
• Prepare market analyses and develop market plans in line with strategy using company tool,
• Implement actions to increase the number of the customers,
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers,
• Actively follow up with sales team to achieve business target,
• Perform utility market and competitive analysis and inform sales teams of market trends and competitor actions. Monitor competitor activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
