• Preferably experienced in department assistant position or similar positions
• Proficiency in MS Office application

İŞ TANIMI

• Assisting the Retail Visual Director in the day to day operations of the Retail Visual Merchandising Directorate.
• Clear communication within Head Office and the Retail Visual Merchandising Directorate if necessary.
• Translates and announces related documentation
• Organizes director’s daily agenda and meeting schedule. Makes programs and arranges necessary documentation for travel.
• Sets meetings and attends if necessary, notices the participants, takes meeting notes and publishes them to all attendees, follows and reports whether the requirements of taken decisions are executed.
• Prepares reports, presentations and other documentation when needed.
