QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University degree from related departments,
· Minimum 3 years experience in the field of marketing (PR, Social Media, Event etc.),
· Fluent in English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and result-oriented,
· Innovative, creative and commercial minded,
· Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility,
· Ability to demonstrative good organisation and time management skills to meet tight deadlines,
· Working autonomously as well as being a team player-hand's on mentality,
· Enjoy working in an international atmosphere,

İŞ TANIMI
· Contributing content marketing with PR and social media strategies to achieve agreed business targets,
· Plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable company image,
· Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications,
· Design and launch e-mail marketing campaigns,
· Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation,
· Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget,
· Promote products and services through public relations initiatives,
· Develop marketing communications campaigns,
· Create thought leadership materials,
· Manage press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals,
· Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references,
· Research media coverage and industry trends,
· Develop fresh story ideas,
· Conduct extensive media outreach,
· Prepare briefing materials,
· Coordinate scheduling and logistics,
· Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews,
· Prepare agendas and conduct research,
· Help to clarify the organization’s point of view to their main constituency,
· Ability to evaluate the performance of content that created and adaptes for each specific network,
· Value to data analysis, curiosity, experience with running scientific experiments, strong presentation skills,
· Ability to be the "traffic director" to understand where the followers' question or comment is coming from, address it appropriately, and provide a course of action for resolution,
· Ability to pick content in a way that will accomplish to attract visitors to website, generate leads, and nurture followers to become customers,
· Ensure publishment and share of content that builds meaningful connections and encourages members to take action,
· Follow up social media moderation and all user-generated content,
· Create content calendars and coordinate all of them in syncronized way,
· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information,
· Collaborate with other departments (digital marketing, customer relations, sales, procurement etc) to manage reputation, identify key actrions and players, coordinate actions.
