Regional Supply Office Intern

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master student in relevant disciplines with low course load or flexible schedule,
• Able to work minimum 3 days a week, maximum attendance is preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, 
• Excellent command of English and Turkish in both speaking and writing,
• Team worker, problem solver and decision maker,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills,
• Good in interpersonal relations,
• Good coordination skills,
• Ambitious for task completion with sufficient quality,
• Willing to increase his/her responsibilities,
• Positive & energetic attitude.

İŞ TANIMI

• Being a member of global purchasing structure,
• Support the RSO team for the Region / BU,
• Support the team operational standard processes with the target to: enable supply, secure supply, improve supply and verify supply,
• Implement together with the team local & regional activities and agreements with suppliers such as Consignment, SMI, QS and Self-Invoicing agreements,
• Pro-actively support the simplification of regional operational purchasing process,
• Monitoring of quality and reasonability of sales estimations regarding timings, activities and article numbers,
• Support the department in all processes.
