• BS in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in Research and Development or Manufacturing.
• Experience in product development cycle from ideation to launch.
• In depth experience in flavor, texture, diet, and nutrition highly desired.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one specific area in formulation or processing of foods (chocolate, biscuits, dairy etc.)
• Advanced technical degree (Science or Engineering) preferably a PhD is highly desirable
• Ability to search and grasp scientific and technical literature and ability to turn them into actionable insights

İŞ TANIMI

• The candidate will be responsible in researching, evaluating, and implementing proven science and new technologies for our existing businesses in food and beverage categories and for new business endeavors.
• The focus will be on delivering value via enhancing product quality, improving operational efficiency, creating cost advantage, or introduce novel products.
• The candidate will work closely with other team members whose work focuses mainly on the front end.
• The candidate will manage proactive communication with external partners (suppliers, research organizations, and universities) and internal teams (R&D and manufacturing) in the relevant business units.
