1. Preparation of Detailed Construction work plan and cycle time
2. Material Allocation Schedule

1. Collation of Norms for tracking Performance (Productivity etc.) of equipment employed
2. Development of Project Specific Norms (E.g Wastage norms) in consultation with Project Chief Engineer and Project Management
3. Communication of the project budget and schedule

• Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones.
• Develop master schedule
• Identification, Monitoring and streamlining of Critical path running through the Master schedule.
• Track the schedule and cost variance
• Track site activities and update master schedule
• Resource allocation and check for the optimum utilization of the resource.
• Take corrective measures for delays and over budgeting
• Rescheduling of the job as per constraint and delay.
• Report generation like S-Curve, Revenue collection, Monthly material requirement, and Monthly requirement of Plant & Machinery.
