Your Profile

• University degree in engineering fields
• Fluency in English, Farsi, Turkish and Azeri both verbal and written,Excellent MS Office knowledge is must
• No travel restrictions
• Excellent multinational interpersonal, problem solving, communication skills with a result-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills, highly organized & detail oriented

İŞ TANIMI

Your Responsibilities

• Controlling RIS papers of contracted service partners
• Performing tele-control (survey) in related language of RISs
• Informing related departments and follow up customer complaints received during tele-control
• Giving technical support on phone, by e-mail and by systems to service partners in the countries under responsibility
• Realizing theoretical and practical RIS control classroom trainings for service technicians in the countries under responsibility
