QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Propin is a property investment consultancy company specializing in the office market. Propin’s services cover all agency and advisory services. Propin provides the services to commercial property users, landlords, property investors and developers.
• University degree from reputable universities is must (METU, ITU, Yıldız Technical University are prefered.)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-confidence and negotiation skill
• Having a driving license
• No military obligation for at least three years for male candidates
• Native Turkish and very good English language skills
• Improving current network, reaching potential clients,
• Accompany clients during visit to and inspections of property,
• Assisting clients transaction process responsible,
• Preparing the primary transaction process documentary,
• Preparing the marketing strategies of Class A buildings,
• Carrying out marketing activities on behalf of landlords.
