We are looking for a “Corporate Sales Executive” to work in our Hotel Renaissance Izmir which is a part of Marriott International Hotel chain. Renaissance Izmir Hotel have 110 large and sophisticated guestrooms boast luxury bedding, the latest technologies fitness center, SPA, restaurant and bar.

Job Summary

·        Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.

·        Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for booking opportunities.

·        Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

·        Analyze target market, execute available strategies and develop new strategies to increase the overall revenue in Special Corporate Segment.

·        Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips etc

·        Ability to report Sales activities weekly, monthly and annually.

Required Skills

·        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.

·        Graduated from the University of the Tourism and Hospitality, Management or related departments of the Universities.

·        Good command of English, in writing and speaking

·        Having travel agency and company contacts

·        Ability to think analytically

·        Having strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Successful in stress management

·        Good in working with targets & capable of budgeting and reporting

·        Ability be proactive and to think creatively

·        Having a valid driving license, able to drive and travel

·        For male candidates; completed military service
