• African market research and market analysis,
• Internal and external data identification and gathering compiled from internal sources and other external providers and related reports preparation,
• Trends tracking and monitoring for a defined set of clients and competitors,
• Current and potential marketing and strategic initiatives analysis to identify key insights and opportunities,
• Efficacy of marketing and sales efforts, market data trends, leading indicators that influence strategic and tactical decisions analysis,
• Commercial phenomena analysis and specific plans implementation to support the market management decisions,
• Regular and specific market information reports preparation to enable management to beter understand markets and competitors,
• Commercial reporting definition and management through customization approach for the local market targets with channels’ potential and needs.
