• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably from Mechanical Engineering Department of a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as production engineer preferably in off-highway or automotive industry  
• Experience with off-highway mobile hydraulic and electric systems, testing and troubleshooting
• Experience with 2-D drawing (3-D CAD knowledge will be an asset)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English spoken and written (Knowledge of French and/or German will be an asset)
• Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally
• Driving License (B level is required)
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing resources of production in order to maintain requirements of production schedules by improving them.
• Improving manufacturing and assembling lines in order to achieve defined quality and productivity targets
• Interfering and solving occurring problems in order to maintain continuity of production
• Taking preventive and corrective actions for non-conformities and problems in production
• Follow-up change of modifications of parts and implement these changes into production
• Follow-up and manage blue collar employees and meet the needs of them in the factory
• Maintaining and improving work safety regulations in the production
