• Strong communication, influencing, analytical (incl. problem structuring and numeracy) and project management skills  
• Experience of operating at a strategic level across multiple processes and organization
• Operating model design and organizational design expertise
• Knowledge and understanding about process design principles
• Understanding of communications industry, as well as general strategy issues and approaches 
• Understanding of Human Capital Management Framework and HR processes

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Organizational Effective Management-Commercial&Process Function, reporting Organizational Effectiveness Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Support the analysis of organization structures through as-is reviews
• Contribute to the definition of organizational needs and help designing target organization structures
• Define roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
• Plan implementation roadmap of organizational changes
• Support the development of operating model review and design activities
• Get involved in organizational effectiveness review studies including business model and sourcing structure dimensions
• Work closely with HRBPs to ensure adequate planning and healthy implementation of organizational changes
• Contribute to the definition of organizational needs and map in annual OE Roadmap
• Monitor structural and cost metrics periodically for OE metrics with respect to FTE, cost and certain KPI dimensions.
• Support the definition of E2E high level business process(es) and identify process discrepancies
• Identify process improvement areas
• Design target state processes that are aligned with capabilities and organizational structures
• Support local and VF Group guided transformation programs
• Contribute and become a team member for critical projects within VF Turkey to ensure that necessary process input and relevant change management support is in place.
• Analyze and propose how to generate change &  innovation-hungry culture and implement accordingly
