• Entering  the records of the attendance of Starbucks Partners to the learning programme into the system
• Providing the follow-up of hygene education certificates in accordance with Public Health Center
• Procurance of delivery of learning materials, certificates and leaflets to the stores
• Preparing the periodic reports of the ratios of attendance of Starbucks Partners to the learning programme on the basis of region through the online learning  platform
• Preparing the reports of learning evaluation forms in addition to the recording them periodically
