• University graduate master’s Degree preferably in Engineering departments or Business Administration.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Agri Business large scale companies with a commercial point of view. Team Management experience is an asset.
• Understanding of continuous improvement and open to innovation. High ability in communication and organizational at all level. Ability to take the entire responsibility of the entire Business Unit. 
• Native level of English is required. French is an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing the growth and profitability of Business Unit.
• Drive and Manage the entire team of the Business Unit and coordinate the management of the support departments (HR, Logistic, Technical, Credit Management).
• Build a strategy for the Business Unit by developing and implementing Strategic development plans (commercial plan, team building plan, territory coverage plan and distribution/network development plan).
• Monitor the execution of the agreed goals and strategies in line with Groupe Roullier’s annual investment plans.
• Prepare timely reporting to Sales General manager: prepare monthly reports/data analysis/recommendations for top management; including sales forecasting, details of sales activity and BU Sales performance.
• Based on agronomical and livestock potential in the area, set the targets of sales for each product group, CBU, logistic, HR, distribution network, financial aspect and strategy/marketing in line with Groupe Roullier standards.
• Participate and join recruitment Jury’s for ATC & DR’s selections.
