İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing annual internal audit plans in compliance with annual targets and strategy of the company with the cooperation of Media-Saturn Holding Group Audit, Consulting & Security in Germany.
• Evaluating the Media-Saturn Holding and company processes using risk based approach and directing the corporate audit strategy in close cooperation with Media- Saturn Holding
• Defining and categorizing findings, preparing/coordinating the preparation of audit reports including the recommendation for improving points and share reports with Media Saturn Holding Group Audit, Consulting & Security in Germany & Media Markt Turkey Board
• Member of cross-functional committees established for improvement in such areas as e.g.; Compliance Committee, Process Board Committee, Safety Committee.
• Managing local audit function to review and assess the existence and effectiveness of internal controls, the reliability and integrity of financial & operational information and the compliance of it with Media- Saturn policies, instructions & guidelines
• Carrying out local & joint audits with the Media-Saturn Holding auditors in stores and at the headquarter
• Writing audit reports & measure plans as well as the preparation and presentation of analyses and improvement suggestions for the management
• Coordinating follow-up process of audit reports to ensure its implementation in line with the timeline
• Collaborating with other departments, particularly on projects and implementation of improvement suggestions
• Support in defining retail business processes and related risks and developing audit concepts for new audit areas
• Monitoring of policies
• Managing global projects assigned by Media-Saturn Holding Group Audit, Consulting & Security  in Germany
