Category Management Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree, (preferable in Science, Engineering, Business Administration degrees are preferable)
• Min. 1 year professional preferably in FMCG sector,
• Experience in Category Development, Market Research, Market Intelligence, Shopper Understanding, Trade Marketing departments are preferable,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports developing detailed beer category, spirits, planogram efficiency, assortment/distribution, placement and pricing analysis to ensure category growth collaboration with Center of Excellence team.
• Provides solutions for the brands & channel executions with developing models on Weekly Retail Panel and generate actionable results.
• Creates supportive analysis for integrated picture of success criteria, ensuring optimum portfolio visibility and presence at point of purchase.
• Actively work together with external research agencies and Insights department to create a category development strategy.
• Supports delivering inputs for a better segmentation model with sales data and consumer, customer, channel insights.
• Be in part of driving the monthly planning process (cycle plan) through alignment and synchronization of all Commercial activities during the year to ensure that focus is maintained to maximize impact on the shopper and return on investment for both customers and company.
