• Experience in related field (5+ years)
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• 3G / LTE Data Networks, Smartphone Operating systems expertise
• Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
• Effectively cope with changing work environment
• Multi-task management                                                          
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Mobile Internet Senior Associate Product Manager  with the will and ambition to work in Product Management-Consumer Data Access Function, reporting Product SeniorManager-Cons.Data Access&Messaging of Vodafone Turkey.


Work across the organisation to lead  products and services in his/her responsibility area are delivered on time with an amazing customer experience. Work with multi disicpline approach and lead, motivate and energize cross functional teams to achieve fiancial and non financial product targets.
Support  defining innovative data  products and services in consumer segment  that are in line with customer needs, pricing and brand strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
Help define annual & 3 year product plans and roadmaps, future estimations.
 

• Execute all the infrastructure improvement projects related to that conversion. Request and ensure timely delivery of reports which will enable deep understanding of total product/campaign dynamics. Initiate the corrective actions to be taken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive.Provide inputs for the budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling of the products. Monitor product & services portfolio performance in order to reach financial & non-financial targets.
• Do necessary actions in order to meet the financial targets of the products and carry P&L responsibility of managed products and services. Create Roadmaps and annual plans to achieve financial goals of the products and product groups.
• Initiate and execute paper and conceptual design of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization.
• Confirm that new/updated products or services and/or related campaigns become available to customers and that the associated business capabilities are operational.
