• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineer preferred)
• Longer experience in development area
• Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in coordination related responsibilities, product projects or feasibility studies
• Minimum 3 years leading experience as group, project or department leader
• Cooling product knowledge is an asset,
• Solid knowledge in engineering methods for example as an DFSS black belt, certified RE-engineer, certified Systems- or Software architect, FMEA-Moderator, Shainin or similar
• Analytical minded, having good conflict management, systematical problem solving
• Good summarizing skills, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills
• Used to work in international teams and have intercultural experience
• A real team player,
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

• To ensure Product Engineering Excellence (problem solving, project coaching, leadership trainings and Design for Reliability) in Development Center
• Leading the leadership development by content (e.g. Leadership Focus Group and Product Engineering Basic Trainings)
• Working in a close collaboration with Development Center departments to identify competence gaps and to specify the required training plans.
• Coaching of development projects to ensure state of the art engineering work with/without external support according demands of DE Leads
• Set-up systematical problem solving methods to ensure fast and effective root cause determination and effective lessons learned processes. 
• To increase the Development efficiency for a component/product project according agile development
• Pushes new methods to increase development efficiency
• Target setting for train2growth program in an agreement with other DE Centers
