İŞ TANIMI

• Accountable for the 2G and 3G network development plans to achive the target coverage, capacity and quality KPI’s and BTK network obligations, together with regional sales and central planning(Network RAN).
• Ensure the planning of  2G and 3G network and the performing of site,cell selection activities for target KPIs.
• Ensure the planning of existing and new BSC’s and HUB points.
• Ensure required parameter settings and hardware optimisation for both 2G and 3G sites to achieve the target KPIs.
• Ensure the planning of 2G and 3G transmission network.
• Ensure the requesting of transmission needs for rerouting,capacity,leased line, fiber optic and A-ter.
• Ensure the management of EMF issues to prevent site acquisiton/renewal problems or BTK penalties.
• Ensure the partipicate of 2G and 3G site,cell TSS (Technical Site Survey).
• Ensure the planning approval of BTK form.
• Ensure the performing of 2G and 3G network reports.
• Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be on aired.
• Ensure the keeping,updating documantation and reporting of 2G and 3G network elements, (e.g. BSC, RNC,HUB points,site,cell, frequency, parameters,antenna and transmission information).
• Ensure the response of customer complaints with time concern.
• Ensure the performing of drive tests for 2G and 3G network to solve customer complaints.  
• Ensure the best parameter settings and hardware optimisation for both 2G and 3G sites to achieve the target KPIs.
• Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be optimized.
• Ensure the optimization of 2G and 3G transmission to achive highest network availibility figures with redundancy.
• Ensure the optimization of 2G and 3G transmission plans to reach most efficient network.
• Ensure the detailed study of drive test results and planning required optimization activities of 2G and 3G network accordingly.
• Ensure the performing and analyzing of drive tests result to optimize 2G and 3G network to solve customer complaints.
• Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the network.
• Ensure all operation in the Region is in line with the Security and Health & Safety guidelines.
