- University degree preferably in English Language and Literature or Social Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Advertising Agency (as Account Representative or Creative)
- Fluency in English
- Very good command of Turkish / Excellent grammar & writing skills
- Good at MS Office, good command of MS Excel is an asset
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Scheduled, well organized and a detailed worker with good concentration
- A team player with good communication skills
- For male candidates, no military obligation
İŞ TANIMI
- Controlling the Turkish of all claims in all marketing print pieces namely; Brochure, Panorama, clearance flyer, make up/skin care guides etc. and making sure they are relevant to Turkish consumers, in meaning, in spelling and in grammar.
- Checking all product names, numbers, prices, discounts and offers are correct in all marketing print pieces on time for printing.
- Communicating messages to Avon consumer and Representative by different print pieces in the most appropriate and understandable way following the necessary hierarchy
- Controlling marketing print pieces by coordinating between Regional Creative team and graphics team, working in close communication with Campaign planning and category teams
- Defining best practices from other countries’ brochures which can be applied in Turkey
- Making brochure review with different related parties
