Founded in Istanbul in 1991, Mavi designs a full collection of jeans-wear, for young women and men. Turkey’s first fashion brand to become global, Mavi has been the leading jeans brand in Turkey since the last 17 years with 15 % market share.Mavi is now sold at over, 5000 specialty stores, better department stores and specialty chains in 50 countries including the US, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Germany, Netherlands and Russia. Apart from its own retailing network, Mavi is available at leading international chain stores including Nordstrom, Lord&Taylor, Brooklyn Industries, Peek&Cloppenburg, Breuninger and David Jones, and is sold next to premium and high-end denim brands.Mavi’s philosophy is to build a brand around perfect fitting jeans that convey a Mediterranean feeling in terms of fashion and detail. Maviterranean is exotic and inspirational, contemporary and accessible. · 3-5 years of experience in the retail field,
· Experienced in the process of real estate or contract in the stores of shopping centers,
· Interested in investment and real estate developments issues,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,
· Must have strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills,
· Must be result-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic,
· Must be able to travel,
· No military service obligation for male candidates,

Requirements for the successful candidate are;
· University degree from Engineering or Admistrative Departments,· 3-5 years of experience in the retail field,
· Experienced in the process of real estate or contract in the stores of shopping centers,
· Interested in investment and real estate developments issues,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,
· Must have strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills,
· Must be result-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic,
· Must be able to travel,

İŞ TANIMI
The key duties of the successful candidate are:
- Lease actions for both new stores and existing stores,
- Working with the law division for tenancy contracts,
- Preparing analysis of potential customers in terms of feasibility, profitability and competitiveness for investment projects,
- Follow up of the contract process for all stores, Solving shops rent and management problems,
- Managing all process until the store opening,
