İŞ TANIMI

1. Develop the responsible range that is in line with the market trends, customer demands and competition ranges, with coordination and cooperation with designers and the buyer roles.
2. Develop knowledge base and product strategy with the knowledge about the market, customer behavior, and the trends via following the exhibitions, shoppings, sales feedback and range reports and the fashion industry material such as trend sites, magazines, internet blogs etc.
3. Develop new washes to differentiate the products, with coordination of the designer and implement these washes with the supplier laundries to ensure the desired outcome is guaranteed, and newly developed washes are cost effective.
4. Ensure the developed washes are properly implemented in the production suppliers in country or outside of the country, to reach the desired and agreed washing targets for the range; with the help and coordination of sourcing department or local LCW personnel.
5. Develop or support the designer to use the right trims such as labels, jackron, buttons, rivets etc. to differentiate the product, follow up the market trends and ensure the cost effectiveness.
6. Follow up the tasks, provide feedback about the completed or incomplete tasks identified; and organize daily, weekly and monthly product management activities based on the buying calendar.
7. Work with designers and buyers when needed and provide feedback and add value in order to ensure the desired outcomes are guaranteed for the product, not only in washing and trimming phases, but in the other steps of product development, such as fabric selection, stich yarn selection, print & embroidery selection etc.
