• Graduation from Police Academy, Military Academy, Security Training Academy as Certified Security Supervision & Management
• Advanced level of English
• Minimum 3 year experience in guarding a factory as a professional security guard with leader functions
• Knowledge in Legal business basis (i. e. Civil Law, Code of Criminal Procedure)
• Knowledge and experience for Security technology and Security services
• No obligation to work shifts
• No obligation to travel

• Leading the security department associates, recruitment, evaluating the performance, drive the discipline activities
• The investigation of criminal incidents within the framework of requirements
• Preparation and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Managing and coordinating the security activities for the protection of company associates and customers
• Implementation of security risk assessment, taking the corrective actions
• Implementation of security audits
• Planning the emergency security situation activities and managing when necessary
• Preparation of security budget and follow up
