We are looking for:
• Requires a degree in computer science with related experience from the IT environment
• Requires at least 2 - 3 years technical application administration or functional administration experience, in a medium to large organization                                               
• Have conceptual knowledge of database and application servers architectures including: Oracle , SQL, JAVA, Web Servers &Services                                                                      
• Requires a good knowledge of Windows operating systems, with hands-on applications experience
• Requires demonstrated proficiency with basic database backup/recovery techniques and database administration
• Requires demonstrated ability and knowledge to troubleshoot a wide variety of business applications as they arise in the workplace
• Proven ability to establish and maintain technical and process documentation forsupport operations
• Requires good verbal and written communications skills in Turkish and in English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Located or willing to live in İzmir.

“Nice to Have” Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Terminal Operation System & EDI messaging
• Understanding of the port/container terminal business and operational processes
• Understanding of IT, Port Equipment, Automated systems and controls and related industrial infrastructures architecture
• Understanding of Virtual solution, Server Virtualization and Desktop Virtualization, Cloud computing

İŞ TANIMI

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inputs to the development of strategy, policy, and standards for their specific areas of expertise
• Proactively engage with the user community to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error, for simple problems. More complex problems are referred to supervision
• Practice compliance to policies and standards
• Adherence to the agreed SLAs
• Answers inquiries regarding status on resolving generic IT and specific business application problems
• Actively contribute to the execution of the project identified by the Business Systems & Applications like Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Business Intelligence based on the initiatives from management team and ensure that the business applications are scalable and ready for future expansions
• Achieve the individual objectives set for the Business Systems and Applications stream. Proactive maintenance, support and execute the day to day administration and operational support for business applications
• Execute the implementation and support of key business applications and its interface                                                                                           
• Provide inputs to the implementation of  TOS.
• Contribute to the infrastructure implementation within the business requirement inputs.
• Execute the IT Business Application configurations and specifications for deployment/commissioning of container terminal specific equipments (Yard cranes, Straddle carriers, rail equipments, gates etc.) in collaboration with the maintenance, engineering and facility management teams
• Responds to department inquiries concerning systems operation, application related problems and user/operator problems.
